Built for the awkward cases
Daylight saving, without the asterisk
Times come from the IANA zone database in your browser, so a meeting in March lands on the right hour in every city that shifts on a different weekend.
The 30- and 45-minute zones
Kathmandu at UTC+5:45, Adelaide at +9:30, St. John’s at −3:30. They are in the list and the offsets read correctly against your city.
Day boundaries you can see
When a city has already rolled over to tomorrow, the row says so, so nobody joins the call a day late.
British Columbia’s Pacific time
From 1 November 2026 BC stops changing clocks and stays on UTC−7 all year as Pacific time, abbreviated PCT. The page holds that offset even for a visitor whose browser still carries the old rule.
Popular city pairs
Each pair has its own page with a conversion table, the best meeting window, and both cities’ daylight saving dates.
